How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free. Returns are also free of charge.
Can I order prescription glasses?
Currently, we only offer our Prisma glasses without prescription. However, they are perfect for contact lens wearers.
How do I clean the glasses?
The best way to clean the lenses is with a soft eyeglass cleaning cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or paper towels, as they can damage the coating.
How do returns work?
You can return the glasses free of charge within 30 days. Simply use our Returns Form. We will send you a label.
