Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Currently, we only offer our Prisma glasses without prescription lenses. They are, however, perfect for contact lens wearers.

The best way to clean the lenses is with a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or paper towels, as they can damage the coating.

You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. Simply register your return through our Returns Form – all you need is your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive the package, we will refund the full purchase amount.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within a few business days. The amount will appear on your original payment method – depending on your bank, this may take 3–5 business days.
